Complete relocation of office, archive or museum

ASEN Logistic s.r.o. was selected for the relocation of our central warehouse. Personally, I am very satisfied with the approach of the whole company to this event, not only in the preparation but also in the final execution and the approach of the drivers. Moving of goods in the volume of more than 500 pallets was very fast and exactly according to the planned schedule. We appreciate the use of EKO vehicles as very beneficial, if it had to be transported, let it be at least with minimal negative ecological impact. I recommend ASEN Logistic.

We needed to quickly and efficiently relocate a large branch in Zličín to a new location. The team from movingbezpráce.cz prepared a quotation and a plan for the whole event in a very short time. The event was specific in that we needed to arrange everything during one night and the following holiday day so that we could open the new branch to our customers with virtually no restrictions on operations.

During my tenure as director of the Regional Scientific Library in Kladno, the company ASEN logistic, or rather a team of workers from the division movingwithoutwork.cz, moved the book collection from six warehouses in different locations in Kladno to a newly built depository in Divadelní Street in autumn 2021.
It was about 480 thousand documents, i.e. books, maps, music, CDs + LPs, in total about 11.5 km of shelf space.
The documents had to be placed in crates, transported to their destination, unloaded from the crates and re-shelved alphabetically or by code. After an initial briefing, the Asen team worked completely independently throughout, with no errors or mistakes.
Communication with Asen management, scheduling of the day’s work, provision of packing and shipping materials, team coordination, and final cleanup were without fault or comment.
The Regional Authority of the Central Bohemia Region, i.e. the founder of the Regional Library, stated on its website that moving almost half a million documents of the book collection in 7 weeks is probably a world record.
The price/performance ratio also deserves mention. In the tender, ASEN offered to do the job not only the fastest but also the cheapest out of all 7 bidders.
ASEN logistic is a company that deserves attention, so I can recommend the cooperation.

Unexpectedly, we had to vacate the rented office space and move all the furniture into storage. As we are a government office, it was necessary to tender for a removal company. The company that came out best was “Moving Without Work”. They acted promptly, calculated the quotation in a short time and came out to meet our deadline for arranging the move. In the course of the event we found out that everything did not fit in the truck, there was no problem at all to continue the next day. Everything was arranged by the company. Their approach was efficient, quick, hassle free. Thank you very much for the work done, I recommend the company to everyone!

Relocation of the Detached Office of the ÚP ČR Mnichovo Hradiště 27.- 28.2.2024
The relocation involved moving 10 fully equipped offices, a meeting room, a kitchen and the complete archive of the office (575 complete archive boxes) from the 1st floor of the “old building” to a new location 600 m away in Mnichovo Hradiště, Mladá Boleslav district.
Moving started at 8 a.m. every day and ended around 6 p.m., filled 2x 160 moving black crates (good thing we had them), 9 x filled moving trucks.
Everything was done according to careful prior arrangement, preparation and coordination by Mr. Stříteský or his deputy, as well as the head of DP Mnichovo Hradiště. I rate it 1* and recommend it! Each of our requirements was fulfilled. Even the transfer to a specific place, perhaps only the removal of the Christmas tree , where the ornaments could break was postponed 🙂 Otherwise all the furniture and all the things in the crates taken away, loaded, unloaded at the new place. And of course the demands of 10 women in terms of furniture are really hard to meet at once 🙂
So once again I want to thank you for moving, the effort and everything else related to it, which can not be fully described , it must be experienced !
